Pro-Excel (2002) Ltd can confirm that High Court proceedings have been issued against Oldham Rugby League Football Club 1876 Limited and a second defendant.
The proceedings relate to matters arising from the cancellation of Pro-Excel’s planned event at Boundary Park in May 2025 and associated statements subsequently made.
As proceedings are now live, it would not be appropriate for us to comment further. We will allow the legal process to take its course.
