In November 2024, Pro-Excel delivered another extraordinary chapter of Dance Miami, bringing together dancers from schools across England, Wales and the Isle of Man for a week of performance, development and culture in one of the most creative cities in the world.

Dance. Sunshine. Memories to last a lifetime.

Based in the heart of the Wynwood Art District, our dancers soaked up Miami’s iconic street art and energy before heading to Hard Rock Stadium, home of the Miami Dolphins, for a game-day performance to remember.

Pro-Excel remains the only UK organisation of our kind ever invited to deliver dance-based sports presentation in the home of France-based Sports Presentation, a milestone that continues to set our work apart on the international stage.

2024 also marked the start of an exciting addition to the programme. We welcomed Alison Gadia, a seven-year Miami Dolphins Cheerleader, former captain and Pro Bowl dancer. Alison delivered exclusive masterclasses alongside current Dolphins Cheerleaders, giving our performers genuine elite-level insight and a direct connection with one of the most respected dance teams in American sport.

Across five days, the group enjoyed open-top bus tours of Downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay, explored Wynwood’s famous murals, and celebrated together at a VIP rooftop wrap party overlooking the city skyline.

“This was a trip of a lifetime, and a performance to match,” said Kieran O’Reilly, Event Director at Pro-Excel. “To stand under the Florida sun training and performing with Dolphins cheerleaders is something these young dancers will carry with them forever.”

Dance Miami 2024 was a celebration of ambition, cultural exchange and the power of dance to unite young people on a global stage. We cannot wait for the next chapter.
