As England were crowned World Champions in front of a record-breaking 82,000 spectators, the largest crowd in women’s rugby history, Pro-Excel had the privilege of delivering two live performances at the Women’s Rugby World Cup Final.

A cast of 100 elite young dancers, drawn from five hand-picked schools across the UK, performed both pitch side in the stadium bowl and on the West Stand Fan Village stage, bringing energy, unity and celebration to the biggest day in women’s rugby.

Broadcast globally as part of the official matchday entertainment, the performances reflected everything Pro Excel stands for: excellence, inclusivity and empowerment through movement.

This opportunity provided each participant with a tangible step forward in their professional development, performing at one of the world’s most iconic sporting venues and representing the next generation of creative talent on a truly global platform.

“To perform in front of 82,000 fans on the biggest day in women’s rugby history was an incredible experience for every young dancer involved,” said Kieran O’Reilly, Event Director at Pro-Excel. “It was more than just a show; it was a moment that celebrated diversity, inclusion and the power of performance to inspire and connect people.”

For Pro-Excel, this project marked another milestone in our mission to unite sport and the arts, giving young people the chance to perform, develop and shine on the world’s greatest stages.
