Last week saw Pro-Excel visit Miami, alongside our new official travel partner US Sports Travel, in planning for our ground-breaking 2023 project alongside our friends at the Miami Dolphins.

This year’s trip will see 200 aspiring UK dancers travel to South Florida for a 4 night camp of absolute luxury and stardom.

This important trip was to check out the potential hotels identified by our travel partner, to make sure they fit the bill and meet with our Sporting Partners!

This is how the DANCE MIAMI Project looks….

Arriving from Heathrow airport on the Thursday evening of game week, the first night will see all the dancers meet one another, their teams and be entertained with Ball Room hospitality at a top 4* Miami resort hotel.  The thee of the evening in true Us style will be a glorified Slumber Party, dinner, drinks and entertainment against the backdrop of our first Florida sunset.

The Friday and Saturday of the trip will see our dancers go through professional event prep, just as you’d expect before performing at one of the world’s most iconic sporting venues for a top end NFL game at the mighty Hard Rock Stadium.  Over Friday and Saturday the dancers will visit the Miami Dolphins training complex for full tech and dress rehearsal runs of the show alongside the official Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders – one of the most famous dance troupes in the world.  It wouldn’t be Miami without beach time though, so we have booked a DJ, a BBQ and a private beach for the official DANCE MIAMI PARTY ON THE BEACH!  Be prepared for onlookers watching in awe as our dancers run through the show and make a promo movie!

The Sunday comes – GAME DAY!  We start early as we arrive at the Hard Rock and run through rehearsals with the Dolphins Cheerleaders, ahead of the big show itself!  After the performance and enjoying the NFl experience, it’s back to the hotel to get ready for our red carpet VIP awards night!  The dancers in their evening best will arrive in limo’s to be greeted by the red carpet and the cameras as they make their entrance to the ballroom for a night of luxury!

Monday morning is a farewell breakfast as we enjoy a final day of R&R before heading to the airport with a heart and head full of memories and pride that will last for a lifetime!
